At Loran Construction, we take pride in the quality of our kitchen extensions and loft conversions, which is why we offer a comprehensive 10-year structural guarantee. The full terms of this guarantee are included in the contract you’ll sign when choosing us for your project, but feel free to ask about it at any stage.

Once your project is completed, we’ll provide you with all necessary documentation, including your guarantee certificate. It's common for small settlement cracks to appear as the structure adjusts to its environment. We recommend waiting a year for the building to go through seasonal changes before contacting us. After this 12-month period, our team will be available to address any settlement cracks at no additional cost.
